ZHU Yuchun, Female, Han nationality, born in Miyun, Beijing, member of China National Democratic Construction Association, third grade Professor, doctoral supervisor, young talent of humanities and social sciences in Shaanxi Province, new century outstanding talent of the Ministry of Education, and leading talent of Northwest A&F University. Currently, she is the director of the Sino-Russian Agricultural Science and Technology Development Policy Research Center of Northwest A&F University, and concurrently serves as the director of the China Agricultural Technology and Economics Association, the vice chairman of the Shaanxi Agricultural Economics Association, and the vice chairman of the Shaanxi Development Economics Association; Shaanxi Province Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation System Corn Industry Economic Scientist.
